Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

5. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Approval

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

State Of Alive reserves the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet eligibility requirements.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

9. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact State Of Alive first to resolve any order issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested using order records, shipment tracking, and communication history.
